Here's our top Beauty Time make-up bag tips
I think quite a few of you are nodding your heads !!!!
Let's start with the bag........
- Either wash, or just buy a new one
- Cheap make-up is not always the best investment
- Buy the best that your budget will allow
- Mascaras once open have a shelf life of 6 months
- If your eye shadows look caked and compact, they are probably past their best
- Bits of make-up, lipsticks down to the base, broken things all have to go
Contents of a new bag.....
- A good foundation …. BB (Beauty Balm) or CC (Colour Correction) foundations are the latest buzz word and can solve a lot of problems with the one product
- Blusher, or bronzer
- An eyebrow kit is a must with the latest trend on groomed eyebrows
- Mascara have improved beyond recognition and can now give the illusion of false eyelashes
- A selection of eye shadows, 4 / 6 should just about covers all events
- And a signature lipstick, a good lipstick with moisturising and SPF to protect the lip- most people will choose one colour that really works for them and stick to it!
- A lip gloss if you like to up the glamour for evenings
This should form the basis of your collection, only keep in your bag what you use, this saves time, money and makes making up a truly girlie indulgence …..
Enjoy! It is the season to be glamorous......
